Refund requests

If you subscribed to Signal Pro and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. Email us at soporte@feedalia.com with the subject "Refund" and a brief reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle — you retain access to Signal Pro until the end of the already-paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within the current billing cycle, except within the 7-day guarantee window.

Automatic renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period —monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. You will receive a confirmation email before each charge. If you wish to cancel before the next renewal, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised payment provider. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record: they issue receipts, handle applicable local taxes, and can process refunds directly if you request them through their portal at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.

Exceptions

We do not process refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment
  • Automatic renewals where the account was active during that period
  • Charges resulting from a compromised account (contact us immediately if this happens)
